In July we closed on another single-family home in Charlotte for $460k, but not to fix and flip… The plan is to demolish and build a luxury duet in its place, each projected to sell around ~$900k for a total of $1.8M+. Total build cost sits around ~$880k total. The numbers work great with an excellent profit and we are excited about this one. We are currently going through the permitting process, now that we have closed, so we can break ground as soon as possible.
