President and Founder

Wendell is an experienced real estate investor, ex-military officer and entrepreneur. Having prior experience as a loan officer, he understands the fine details of the numbers behind real estate investing. With this knowledge he has been able to successfully grow his own real estate portfolio in MA/NC/SC, as well as contribute to helping other real estate investors' portfolios grow as well. Wendell’s skillset is underwriting, communication and forming/managing rockstar teams to expedite stabilization timelines.
