In May we got another single-family home under contract in Charlotte for $460k. This is almost an identical plan to the other luxury duet we have in progress and even is in the same hot sought after neighborhood! The plan is to demolish and build a luxury duet in its place, each projected to sell around $860k for a total of $1.72M+. Total build cost sits around ~$820k. The numbers work great with an excellent profit and we are excited about this one. This is expected to close late July. This opportunity is open for passive investors where we are looking to raise around $350k-$400k for this. We have around $200k of space available for anyone interested.
