In June, we submitted 100+ offers, and while none have been accepted yet, several exciting deals remain in negotiation, proving that success in this market comes from consistently making offers.

In June, we submitted 100+ offers, another well executed month. We did not get any offers accepted yet, but we have a few very exciting deals that are still in negotiation. We are proof that this market right now and always really is a numbers game, but if you put in the work you can still succeed. You can not get deals without making offers! The market is tough, really tough to buy correctly, but the volume is there and it’s only a matter of time. Flip Fuel Lending has a few loans in progress as well, plus we have been leaning into new construction through Tide & Timber Ventures LLC a lot more, which is exciting!
