Another teardown is under contract, with a $710K total investment and a projected $1.02M ARV.

We just went under contract on another teardown this month. We’re buying a single-family home for $236,500, demoing it, and building a side-by-side townhome duet for $470K total, for an all-in cost of about $710K. Each side should sell for around $510K, for a projected ARV of $1.02M. We are targeting a December close.
